Gold Fields Foundation Invests $1.4 Million in Medeama SC – Abdel Razak Yakubu Reveals

The Executive Secretary of the Gold Fields Foundation, Abdel Razak Yakubu, has disclosed that Gold Fields Ghana, through the Gold Fields Foundation, has invested a total of $1.4 million in Medeama Sporting Club from 2012 to 2023. Speaking in an exclusive interview on Space FM Tarkwa, Mr. Yakubu highlighted the foundation’s continuous commitment to sports development and community empowerment through its partnership with Medeama SC. According to him, the investment forms part of Gold Fields Ghana’s broader vision of supporting youth development, football growth, and community engagement in Tarkwa and its surrounding areas. The long-standing partnership between Gold Fields Foundation and Medeama SC has played a significant role in the club’s growth and achievements over the years.
