Wamser signed for City in the summer of 2026, putting pen to paper on a four-year deal with the Club that will see her reside in Manchester until 2030.
22 years old at the time of the transfer, Wamser is one of Germany’s most exciting young talents.
A full-back at heart, Wamser has operated all over the pitch in the early years of her career, including left-wing and as a number nine.
Wamser began her professional career at Bundesliga outfit SGS Essen, who she spent two years with and made her debut with at just 16 years old.
In 2022, Wamser signed for Eintracht Frankfurt, representing their B team and first-team during her three years there.
Wamser also gained valuable experience with a loan at FC Koln in 2024 before she made the permanent transfer to Bayer Leverkusen.
In her one season with the club, she went on to make 20 appearances in which she scored two goals.
Now, she’ll be looking to continue the latest step in her career in Manchester.
