City’s summer 2026 deadline day signing, Iliman Ndiaye put pen to paper on a five-year deal which will see him stay in Manchester until 2031.

The Senegal international began his football journey in Rouen, France, where he was born.

After representing various French academies, Ndiaye moved to England and joined Boreham Wood’s youth outfit.

In 2019, the dynamic winger joined Sheffield United and during his four-year spell he went on to total 88 appearances in which he scored 22 goals and assisted 14, with a loan spell at Hyde United in between.

His dazzling numbers for the Blades caught the attention on Ligue 1 outfit Marseille. In his one and only season in France, Ndiaye played 46 games before making his return to English football.

He signed for Everton in July 2024 and quickly became a fan-favourite for the Toffees.

During his stint in Merseyside, Ndiaye scored assisted four goals and scored 17 in his 74 games for Everton with the winger showcasing incredible dribbling, link-up play and ambition to succeed in the final third.

All of those are attributes which have brought Ndiaye to Manchester and look forward to seeing him in City Blue for the years to come.
