UAE Coach Faces Croatia Setback

Zlatko Dalic, currently the head coach of the UAE national team, received news of Croatia's record-breaking 7-0 loss to England shortly before his own match against Oman. The defeat is noted as the most significant in the history of the Croatian national side.

Dalic previously served as the manager of Croatia for nine years, achieving notable success during major tournaments including the 2018 and 2022 World Cups. His successor, Slaven Bilic, has now overseen a difficult transition period for the team as they navigate recent competition results.
