Alex Scott reflects on partnership with Harry Kane

Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott praised England captain Harry Kane following the national team’s 7-0 win over Croatia. Scott, who made his first international start in the victory, noted that observing Kane’s technical level up close was a significant experience after admiring the striker since childhood.

Kane returned the compliments, highlighting the intensity and freedom shown by the younger players during the match. Scott also expressed his appreciation for competing against Croatian veteran Luka Modric, describing the experience as surreal given his own background as a fan of the world-class midfielder.
