Juventus linked with Leoni and Palmisani as focus turns to Italian recruitment

Reports have identified Liverpool defender Giovanni Leoni and Frosinone goalkeeper Lorenzo Palmisani as possible Juventus targets for 2027. The discussion follows recent Juventus line-ups in which goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario was the only Italian starter, with injuries limiting the availability of other established domestic players.

The interest is reported rather than a completed transfer. The wider recruitment question is whether Juventus can strengthen its Italian contingent while improving first-team depth. Any move would depend on the players’ availability, their clubs’ positions and the eventual decisions of the Juventus recruitment team.
