Kapor critical of narrow defeat to Karela

Hearts of Oak coach Nebojsa Kapor was left disappointed following a 1-0 loss to Karela United on Saturday. Kapor argued that neither team created enough quality chances to justify the result, though he admitted Hearts struggled to manage Karela's tactical use of long balls and defensive clearances. The Serbian coach voiced his apology to supporters but insisted the outcome was not reflective of his team's performance level.

The match saw the Phobians missing several players, including goalkeeper Benjamin Asare, due to national team commitments and injuries. Despite these challenges, Kapor expects his team to quickly regroup as they prepare for their next away fixture against Dreams FC.
