GFA IT official highlights dangers of unlicensed agents

GFA Director of IT Francis Adu has warned that the prevalence of unlicensed football agents is exposing players and clubs to exploitation. Speaking on the GFA Podcast, Adu noted that individuals often claim to be 'player managers' to bypass the GFA's required certification and examination processes.

Adu emphasized that working with unregulated individuals can lead to poor contract terms and financial setbacks for players. He urged clubs to seek expert advice and familiarize themselves with official regulations before signing any agreements to ensure their interests are protected.
