Burkina Faso U-23 call-up for Bibiani GoldStars striker

Razack Sanou, a forward for Bibiani GoldStars, has been invited to the Burkina Faso U-23 national team for upcoming qualifiers for the 2027 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in Egypt. The 21-year-old scored four goals during the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season but has yet to find the net in two appearances this campaign.

Sanou's start to the 2026/27 season included 57 minutes against Bechem United in a 1-0 defeat and a substitute appearance in a 2-0 home loss to Port City. The international call-up offers the attacker an opportunity to regain momentum as he joins the Stallions' pursuit of continental qualification.
