Ibrahim Tanko Confident Medeama Will Win GPL Title

Medeama SC head coach Ibrahim Tanko believes his team is on track to win the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League after their 2-0 win over Eleven Wonders at the TnA Stadium. The victory arrived after a six-match winless period, and Tanko was pleased with his players' control throughout the game.

Although Tanko acknowledged that the final eight matches of the season will be challenging, he stated his confidence that his squad would secure the title by the end of the campaign. The win temporarily moved Medeama SC to the top of the league table, pending the outcome of the remaining Week 27 fixtures scheduled for March 28 and March 29.
