Ghana Premier League clubs have finalized significant squad changes ahead of the September 4 start of the 2026/27 campaign.
Ghana Premier League teams are completing major roster overhauls before the 2026/27 season begins on September 4. Champions Medeama have been highly active, signing players like Etse Dogli, Emmanuel Boateng, and Dominic Frimpong, while also bringing in Usman Safianu and Emmanuel Fobi.
Other clubs including Hearts of Oak, Port City FC, and Asante Kotoko have also made numerous additions. Hearts of Oak have recruited several players such as Prince Amevor, while Kotoko has added goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad among others. With these extensive changes, coaches are now focused on integrating new signings and building team cohesion before the opening weekend.
