Nana Kwaku Agyemang Ready for Samartex Challenge

· TotalSports1Plus

New Samartex head coach Nana Kwaku Agyemang has expressed his readiness to implement a new high-intensity, vertical playing style for the upcoming 2026/27 season.

Former Vision FC coach Nana Kwaku Agyemang has officially taken the helm at Samartex, bringing with him a reputation for tactical innovation and player development. Agyemang noted that he spent extensive time in Europe refining a new game model for the club, which was finalized after deep analysis with his predecessor, Coach Wellington. The new manager intends to shift the team's philosophy toward high-intensity, vertical football to facilitate quicker transitions to goal.

Agyemang emphasized that while his previous role focused on development, his mandate at Samartex is to compete for the Ghana Premier League title. He stated he is eager to work with the current squad and the technical team to build a strong foundation. Samartex aims for a positive start to the 2026/27 season, which runs from September 4, 2026, until May 31, 2027.
