George Afriyie Demands Transparency on GFA Financial Support

During the GFA’s 32nd Ordinary Congress, President Kurt Okraku announced the support, similar to last year's funding from the Adesa Productions Limited broadcast deal. Afriyie, however, criticized club administrators for accepting the funds without verifying their origin.

He questioned whether the money was government-funded and criticized the GFA for failing to attribute such support if that were the case. Afriyie stated that the GFA’s lack of clarity contradicts the organization's stated goals regarding transparency.
