Petros Koukouras emphasizes home dominance for GoldStars

Bibiani GoldStars head coach Petros Koukouras has stressed the importance of protecting their home record at Dun’s Park to compete for the Ghana Premier League title. Koukouras noted that home teams dominated the opening weekend of the league, adding that dropped points at home would hinder their title ambitions.

GoldStars, who were unbeaten at home during the 2025/26 season, look to rebound from an opening 1-0 loss to Bechem United when they host Hearts of Oak this Sunday. The Phobians arrive at the venue following an impressive 4-0 win against Berekum Chelsea, setting the stage for a critical test for the Bibiani side.
