Ghana FA Cup winners Nations FC will face FC Diarra in the first round of the CAF Confederation Cup, with a potential second-round tie against AS Zam or Real De Bamako.
Following Thursday's draw in Cairo, Ghana FA Cup winners Nations FC know their path in the 2026/27 CAF Confederation Cup. The club will play their debut continental tie against Mali's FC Diarra, with the first leg in Bamako set for September 4-6 and the return leg in Ghana between September 11-13.
Should the Kumasi-based side advance, they will compete against either Niger’s AS Zam or Mali’s AS Real De Bamako in the second preliminary round. This journey marks the club's first-ever qualification for a CAF competition, and they are reportedly intensifying preparations to reach the group stage.
