Tinkler confident in Kotoko depth

Asante Kotoko face a challenging Ghana Premier League fixture this Sunday at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena against FC Samartex 1996. Coach Eric Tinkler heads into the match facing significant roster issues, as Philip Amoh is sidelined with a broken leg and Hillary is also unavailable due to a knock. Additionally, forward Dogo Yakubu remains out for at least another week, a loss Tinkler noted with disappointment given the player's previous goal-scoring form away from home.

Despite these absences, Tinkler expressed confidence that the remaining players can step up to the challenge. He confirmed that Afor has recovered from injury and is available for selection. Kotoko enters the match having won their only home fixture thus far, while Samartex remains unbeaten at home over their last four matches.
