Addae-Mensah urges Kotoko to hire qualified local head coach

Following the departure of Eric Tinkler, analyst Kojo Addae-Mensah has recommended that Asante Kotoko appoint a high-quality local coach. He emphasized the necessity for Ghanaian coaches to acquire proper licensing and badges to operate professionally, noting that such qualifications are standard globally.

Addae-Mensah dismissed concerns about the cost of training certifications, maintaining that professional standards must be met for anyone in the dugout. He has previously advocated for home-grown technical direction at the club.
