Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak Pursue Meshack Adjetey Sowah

Asante Kotoko has identified 21-year-old midfielder Meshack Adjetey Sowah as a priority target for the 2026/27 season and has initiated contact with his representatives. However, the club faces direct competition from rivals Hearts of Oak, who also intend to sign the player to reinforce their squad. Sowah has been a key figure for Vision FC since his arrival in September 2024.

This season, the midfielder logged 2,186 minutes across 25 appearances. His technical ability has drawn significant praise, with Vision FC assistant coach Burton Asare Wilson labeling him an intelligent player. Sowah has notably scored against Hearts of Oak and Aduana FC, and he also received a call-up to the Black Galaxies in April.
