GFA moves to 24-hour operation system

· TotalSports1Plus

The Ghana Football Association has implemented a 24-hour working schedule for its IT department to improve service delivery.

GFA IT Director Francis Adu has explained that the organisation adopted a 24-hour operational model to enhance efficiency and address a high volume of player registrations. The move aligns with the national government's focus on a 24-hour economy.

Adu stated that by staggering staff hours, the IT department has successfully reduced processing backlogs. With over 60,000 players registered annually in Ghana, the change is part of an effort to modernize administrative processes and ensure that player data is managed in a timely and responsive manner.
