Bechem United Hosts GoldStars for Season Opener

Bechem United will host Bibiani GoldStars for their first match of the 2026/27 season. The Hunters are looking for a strong start against a side that finished second in the previous campaign. Both clubs have made significant squad changes, with Bechem adding Francis Acquah and Dennis Modzaka, while GoldStars signed striker Kwame Poku.

The technical teams have also seen changes, with Mohammed Bashar Ogba leading Bechem United and Petros Koukouras in charge of the Miners. Across ten previous meetings, GoldStars has won five games, while two have ended in draws. Despite Bechem's strength at home, the visitors are noted for being among the few teams to have secured an away win at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.
