Petros Koukouras Stresses Need for Defensive Rigor at Gold Stars

Bibiani Gold Stars coach Petros Koukouras has highlighted the need for urgent defensive improvements following a 2-0 loss to Port City [L58]. This result was the team's third defeat in four matches, and defender Michael Abina was dismissed during the game [L58].

Koukouras expressed frustration regarding recurring defensive lapses, noting that his team has conceded goals on the opponent's first attack for the second time [L58]. With the club currently sitting 16th on the league table, the coach intends to focus on these defensive shortcomings to stabilize the team's campaign [L58].
