· TotalSports1Plus

The Ghana Football Association has raised prize money for the 2026/27 league season, with the winner set to receive GH¢3 million.

GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku announced a new prize money structure at the 32nd Ordinary Congress, with the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League champions receiving GH¢3 million. The runner-up will earn GH¢1 million, and the third-place finisher will receive GH¢800,000.

The GFA has also expanded rewards to include teams finishing from fourth to 10th place. This initiative, combined with a GH¢1 million pre-season support payment to each club, is intended to improve the financial sustainability of the top flight and provide greater incentives for all participating teams throughout the campaign.
