Asante Kotoko Under Investigation for Supporter Conduct
· TotalSports1Plus
The Ghana Football Association Disciplinary Committee has charged Asante Kotoko after fans reportedly threw objects onto the field during their loss to Aduana FC.
Asante Kotoko SC has been charged with a breach of Article 16(2)(b) of the GFA Disciplinary Code following their 2-0 home defeat to Aduana FC on September 27, 2026. The disciplinary body alleges that supporters of the Porcupine Warriors threw objects onto the pitch at the Baba Yara Stadium following the conclusion of the match.
The club is required to submit a response to these allegations by Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The charges follow an eventful Week 4 fixture where the home side failed to capitalize on Aduana FC playing with ten men for a significant portion of the game.
