Joseph Amoah Earns Man of the Match Award in Asante Kotoko's First Win

Asante Kotoko secured their first Ghana Premier League win of the season with a 2-1 result against Heart of Lions at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday. Joseph Amoah was named Man of the Match for his defensive display, helping the team protect their lead throughout the fixture.

Goals from Emmanuel Mamah and Isaac Opoku Agyemang established the victory, offsetting a late penalty goal from Heart of Lions' Francis Odoom. The win moves Kotoko to four points after two matches, building on their season-opening draw against Debibi United. The Porcupine Warriors now turn their attention to an upcoming away trip to face Samartex.
