Aduana FC Secures Hard-Fought Win Over Kotoko

Aduana FC achieved a statement victory in Week 4 of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League, defeating Asante Kotoko 2-0 despite playing with ten men for over 50 minutes. Stephen Amankona opened the scoring early after a mistake by goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad, and Seidu Saana added a late second on a counter-attack. The win marked the first time Aduana had defeated Kotoko in Kumasi since 2021.

Aduana defender Raymond Agyemang was sent off in the first half following two yellow cards, but the team's defensive structure held firm. This result leaves Asante Kotoko without an unbeaten record, while Aduana moves to seven points after four matches.
