Genoa, Meichtry suffers an injury

Ethan Meichtry will be out for at least two weeks after the Genoa attacking midfielder suffered a strain to the hip muscles while on training camp with Switzerland's Under-21 national team.

He will undergo further tests on Friday but will not be available for the 10 October clash against Fiorentina.

The midfielder returned to Genoa on Saturday from his national team's training camp and underwent the first routine tests today.
