The Villans welcome Newcastle United to our secondary venue looking to build on the victory against Nottingham Forest in match week one. Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the encounter to enjoy your matchday… Ticket Information null On The Day Sales Tickets can be purchased from the Ticket Office at Keys Park Stadium which is located in the Main Stand on matchday. The Ticket Office will be open from 6pm, 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Ticket Prices Adult - £10 18 – 25 - £7 U18 - £5 Family Offer (2x Adults & 2x U18) - £25 Please note, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Away Fans Away fans can purchase tickets in the Heath Hayes End from the Ticket Office at Keys Park, which is located in the Main Stand and will open 90 mins before kick off. Please note, there only 2 wheelchair user bays available to be purchased by Away Fans. These are available on a first come first served basis and once sold out we are unable to accommodate any further wheelchair users. Getting to the game null Visiting Keys Park It's important that supporters take steps to plan their visit to the stadium. Turnstiles open at 6pm, so make sure you arrive at the stadium in plenty of time ahead of kick-off to ensure smooth entry. Please note, access to stiles is maintained during the first half and will close once the half-time whistle is blown. By Car Get directions here. From the North: Keys Park is located approximately 6 miles from Junction 12 of the M6. From the South: Keys Park is located approximately 7 miles from Junction 11 of the M6. By Bus Arriva’s 60 bus route (Cannock to Lichfield) stops approximately 0.3 miles from Keys Park. Ask the driver for a ticket to Levetts Hollow. By Train Trains to Hednesford Train Station operate hourly during the day between Birmingham New Street and Rugeley Trent Valley on a Sunday. The station is 1.2 miles from Keys Park and an approximately 25-30 minute walk. The coach will depart from Trinity Road adjacent to the Holte End at 5:30pm, and return back to Villa Park shortly after the final whistle. The service costs £6.50 per person. Free and secure car parking is available on the Holte Car Park for supporters who have booked the official coach travel. Book your space on the Villa Park to Keys Park Coach Service here. Please note, this is for home supporters only. Shuttle Bus - from Hednesford Train Station A free shuttle bus service will be in operation from Hednesford Train Station to Keys Park Stadium from 5:30pm up until kick-off. Journey time on the shuttle bus from the pick-up point on Cannock Road to Keys Park is approximately 5-minutes and the shuttle bus service is fully accessible. The shuttle bus will depart to Keys Park Stadium every 20 minutes from the Hednesford Railway View bus stop on Cannock Road. The last journey will depart at 7:10pm. This bus stop is a short walk away from the station platforms and the postcode for the bus stop is WS12 4FA. Directions here. After the game, the shuttle bus will run back to Cannock Road bus stop, starting at 9:45pm, running every 20 minutes until 10:25pm. Should the fixture go to penalties, there will be one additional service at 10:45pm. This service is suitable for both home and away fans. Parking Information null On-Site Car Parking There is currently no on-site parking available at Keys Park Stadium. Fans who are travelling to the game via car are advised to park in Hednesford Town Centre and travel to the stadium via the free shuttle bus service. Further information on parking in Hednesford Town Centre can be found here. Blue Badge Parking 9 Blue Badge parking spaces are available at Keys Park Stadium. These are now sold out for this fixture. Please note that these are not marked bays but spaces will be available for accessible use. A blue badge must be shown. Accessibility Information null Turnstile Access We would advise all home wheelchair users and fans who require easy access to use the Accessible turnstile located next to the Ticket Office to the left of the Main Stand. Wheelchair User Bays There is 1 restricted view bay in Block D of the Main Stand, and 3 Wheelchair User Bays in Hednesford End. Please note, these are sold out and we are unable to accommodate any further wheelchair users for this fixture. Wheelchair users who are located the Main Stand should use the accessible entrance located next to the ticket office. The Wheelchair users located in the Hednesford End should use the turnstiles located to the West of the stadium. The wheelchair user bays are located roughly 20 metres from the nearest accessible toilet. Ambulant Seating Fans who require easy access seating are advised to sit in Rows A, B and C of the Main Stand. The steps into the main stand are inconsistent in depth but P rails are available on the end of all rows to help fans navigate the steps. Any ambulant disabled fans wishing to enjoy the game from the standing terraces can do so in the Heath Hayes End but are advised they are only accessible via steps. Accessible Toilets There are accessible toilets available in the home end at Keys Park. This is located to the left of the main stand (Close to Block D) with emergency pull cord. An additional 2 accessible toilets are available in the away end located in the Hednesford End Stand. Please note there is a small step to access these facilities. Additional Information Supporters are advised the terrain around the stadium perimeter and within the ground is inconsistent and made up of concrete, tarmac and loose gravel. While the new fan zone area is under construction, movement around the ground is restricted. Prior to the completion of the construction, there is currently no wheelchair accessible catering facilities within the seating bowl. Safety Information null Security Checks Security checks will take place prior to entering the stadium, as per usual protocal at Villa Park. Searches will be conducted as necessary. Bag Policy Keys Park Stadium follows the same bag policy as Villa Park. Fans are fans advised that any bags larger than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm will not be allowed onto the stadium footprint. Fan Engagement null Fanzone - Pre-Match Activities Keys Park Fan Zone is currently under construction, so for this fixture, there will be an outdoor space located in the corner of Heath Hayes End and Wimblebury Terrace. The Fan Zone will open at 6pm, with supporters able to enjoy food & beverage, and a range of activities including the chance to test your reactions, compete with a friend at Footpool and more! All supporters, from all ages, are welcome to join! Food & Beverage Inside the stadium bowl, there are vendors available serving a selection of hot food including burgers, chicken tenders and chips, vegetarian options, confectionery, soft drinks, hot drinks and alcoholic drinks. Alcohol in Bowl Supporters are able to consume alcohol and non-alcohol alternatives within view of the pitch during matches at Keys Park Stadium - including at their seats or on the terrace inside the stadium bowl. If you have any queries, please contact your nearest steward. Clubhouse The indoor clubhouse will be open from 6pm for any supporters who wish to be inside prior to kick-off.
