FOREST INTERNATIONAL FPL PICKS
2026-09-29
Fantasy Football Scout brings you advice and Gameweek tips which should prove useful in ensuring you win your mini-leagues. Morgan Gibbs-White (£8.0m) A goal and two assists in the Premier League so far sees Gibbs-White lead the way as Forest’s top FPL-scoring player with 28 points. The Forest playmaker’s biggest return came in Gameweek 2, where he amassed 13 points for a goal, an assist and three bonus points, in addition to his appearance points against Liverpool. Moving forward, the 15.7% of managers with Gibbs-White currently in their sides will no doubt have more points heading their way. He ranks equal-best for big chances created amongst all players in the game (5) and is second to only one player in total chances created (14). He has also registered the maximum three bonus points in two of the fixtures already this season. Murillo (£5.5m) Second amongst Forest’s top FPL scorers for the first five matches with 23 points is Brazilian Murillo. Murillo’s clean sheet in Gameweek 3 and his assist in Gameweek 4 have kept his tally for the season ticking along nicely. However, the standout feature of Murillo’s point-scoring abilities is the number of defensive contributions he produces. In FPL, defenders score an additional two points if they make 10 or more defensive contributions (clearances, blocks, interceptions and tackles won). Since the introduction of defensive contributions in FPL, Murillo has been a regular beneficiary, and this season is no different. He has been awarded defensive contribution points in 80% of games this season, ranking equal-third for clearances with 39, and seventh amongst defenders for total defensive contributions across the season with 53. Despite this, he finds himself in just 2.1% of teams at present and would make a smart differential pick after the international break. Neco Williams (£5.0m) Welshman Williams completes Forest’s top FPL points-scoring trio with 19 points across the opening five fixtures. Thanks to four points for a clean sheet and a bonus point alongside his two appearance points, he banked his highest single-week score of seven in Gameweek 3. Aiming to build upon his two goals and three assists in the league in 25/26, the defender has already notched one assist this time around, and there’s plenty of promise for future returns. Williams has delivered eight accurate crosses, the most amongst his teammates and third amongst all defenders, as well as producing 40 successful passes in the final third, the second-highest within the Forest team. He also ranks joint-second overall for total chances created amongst defenders (8).
