Rabiot concedes Milan have ‘work to do’ after ‘lost’ two points: “We can’t concede like that”

Adrien Rabiot has conceded that AC Milan have ‘work to do’ after dropping two points in their 1-1 draw with Sassuolo, telling reporters: “We can’t concede like that.”

The French midfielder’s verdict underlined the frustration inside the Milan dressing room after a match in which the Rossoneri dominated long spells but were punished by the goal they conceded, costing them two points Rabiot described as ‘lost’.

Milan now turn their attention to putting the draw behind them, with Rabiot’s message clear: if the Serie A title race is to go their way, the defensive lapses that allowed Sassuolo back into the match cannot be repeated.
