Blaugrana clash in Seville

Another round of UEFA Nations League action, and another meeting between FC Barcelona players during the international break. Last Saturday, the Barça players called up by Spain came up against Anthony Gordon ’s England, with Luis de la Fuente’s side winning 3-2. This Tuesday, however, it is the turn of Spain v Croatia , a game set to feature seven Barça players (8.45pm CEST).

Livaković in goal for Croatia

Dominik Livaković will be on the Croatian side. The Barça goalkeeper will therefore come up against the six Barça players still with the Spain squad. Both teams go into the game on three points. Croatia beat the Czech Republic 2-1, with goals from Luka Modrić and Marco Pašalić, and Livaković played the full 90 minutes.

Luis de la Fuente’s side, meanwhile, came from behind at Wembley to beat England 3-2. Cubarsí , Rodri , Olmo and Lamine Yamal all started, while Pedri came on in the second half. Fermín did not feature. Eric Garcia left the Spain camp with a knee problem and is already back in Barcelona.

Gordon and Bisiwu also in action

It is not the only game involving Barça players this Tuesday, as Gordon’s England visit the Czech Republic in the same UEFA Nations League group (8.45pm CEST). Bisiwu ’s Belgium U21 side are also in action, hosting Wales in a European U21 Championship qualifier (8pm).
