Sales Phases
If you are a 19 Game Gold Season Ticket holder, please note that you can purchase your own season ticket seat(s) from 12pm on Wednesday, October 7. The seat(s) will be reserved online and held until 12pm on Thursday, October 8, and there will be no booking fee during this priority booking period.

This can be found in the “My Account” section under reserved seats. You will be able to amend this online when booking, should you wish to upgrade to an adult ticket. Please note that if you upgrade a concession ticket but wish to change back to the original price before making a purchase, you must log out and log back in to default your seat back to the original concession price.

Ballot System for Disability Access Members
To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for all home fixtures will be sold via a ballot system exclusively for Arsenal Members.
Members will have a designated window to enter the ballot. You can choose to register individually or as a group of up to four members, if all supporters meet the necessary requirements. You can enter at any stage during the registration window, and your odds of success will remain the same.
Timing doesn't matter when it comes to entering our ballots, whether you are an early bird or a last-minute entrant, your chances of winning remain the same. The only crucial factor is that you submit your entry whilst the window is open.
Ballot opens: Friday 9th October at 10am
Ballot closes: Monday 12th October at 12pm
Please click here to enter the ballot
Please do not enter via your online account as this will not work for DA members.
All applicants, whether successful or unsuccessful, will be notified by email only, by 2pm on Tuesday 13th October. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to purchase tickets during the designated priority booking window, as specified on the ticket information page.
This fixture will be on sale on Wednesday 14th October at 10am and successful applicants will be able to access their online account to purchase tickets, this will include a complimentary Personal Assistant ticket, subject to eligibility.
