Kyra Cooney-Cross wins Emirates Goal of the Month

Kyra Cooney-Cross has won our Emirates Goal of the Month award for her outstanding strike against Charlton Athletic in pre-season.

After the Addicks had cleared a cross, Kyra struck a ferocious first-time effort which flew into the top corner, doubling our lead on the way to a 5-1 win.

Our no.32 was given a huge reception from our supporters at Mangata Developments Stadium having missed the end of last season to be with her family in Australia, and announced her return in style with a stunning goal.
