When is the Women’s Champions League draw?

The draw for the UEFA Women’s Champions League league phase will take place at 11am on Friday, September 4, in which we will discover our six league phase opponents.

Last season we reached the semi-finals of the competition after finishing fifth in the league phase.

The league phase will kick-off on Tuesday, September 22, and the final league phase game will be on Wednesday, December 16.

The other league phase matches will take place on September 30-October 1, October 28-29, November 10-11, and November 18-19.

Last season, we took on Lyon, Benfica, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Twente and OH Leuven in the league phase.

HOW MANY TEAMS ARE IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DRAW?

In 2025/26, the Champions League expanded the competition to 18 teams, and so the competition was reformatted to one big league of all sides.

Of our six league matches last season, we won four and lost two, before beating OH Leuven in the knockout phase play-offs.

WHO COULD WE FACE IN THE LEAGUE PHASE?

The 18 teams will be divided into three pots of six teams. Each team will face two opponents from each of the three pots, one at home and one away.

We cannot face a team from the Women’s Super League due to UEFA's rule of not playing teams from the same country in the league phase.

The other teams who have currently qualified for the league phase are Barcelona, Lyon, Bayern Munich, BK Hacken, Benfica, Paris FC and Manchester City.

The second legs of third qualifying round matches will be held across Tuesday, September 1 and Wednesday, September 2.

Here's the state of play of the play-off matches following the first leg.

Sparta Prague 3-2 Servette Chenois PSV Eindhoven 0-1 HB Koge Brann 2-1 Austria Wien Czarni Sosnowiec 1-4 OH Leuven Eintracht Frankfurt 1-1 PSG St. Polten 0-3 Juventus VfL Wolfsburg 2-0 Inter Milan Chelsea 5-2 Real Sociedad Ajax 0-2 Real Madrid
