Sophie Harwood joins Sheffield United on loan

Sophie Harwood has joined Sheffield United on loan for the 2026/27 season.

The 18-year-old English full-back will now continue her development with the Barclays Women’s Super League 2 side.

Sophie signed her first professional contract with Arsenal in January 2026 and went on to make her first team debut in our 5-0 win over West Ham at Emirates Stadium in March 2026.

We wish Sophie the best of the luck for this next stage in her development.
