Jenna Nighswonger leaves Arsenal

Jenna Nighswonger has completed a permanent move to Bay FC in the National Women’s Soccer League in the United States.

The 25-year-old American full-back departs us having made six first team appearances.

Jenna joined us in January 2025 from US side Gotham FC and made her debut in our FA Cup fifth round win over London City Lionesses at Meadow Park on 9 February 2025.

In January 2026, Jenna joined WSL side Aston Villa for the remainder of the 2025/26 season. She made eight appearances during her time with The Villans.

Everyone at Arsenal would like to thank Jenna for her contribution and we wish her the best of luck in her next chapter.
